An Actual Coyote Point Slip

Since Carolina Pacific came down the coast from the Puget Sound, I have been subletting a slip at Coyote Point. Two years after putting myself on the waiting list I got the call this morning that confirms I have a new slip all my own. Its a bit closer in toward the parking lot which is excellent from a wind and surge shelter point of view as well and its still on the far side which makes for an easy landing.

Now I have to put myself on the end tie waiting list. Word is that that is a 5 year wait. I saw a really nice 58' and a really nice 68' at the Newport Show yesterday...
